Due to the recent appointment of Michael Silvy as Head Coach at University CC, Kensington District Cricket Club is looking to appoint a replacement for this position.

The Development Coach position plays a key role in the transitional guidance from Juniors to Seniors and is an important component of the pathway for our players.

The role is responsible for, and oversees the planning, preparation, and implementation of training programmes for the Development group.
